Terms
Playing Upto36
Upto36 is a free browser game operated by Etohum Bilişim Teknoloji Yatırım ve Ticaret A.Ş.. These terms cover playing on upto36.com. By playing, you agree to these terms.
Fair play
Play fairly. Do not cheat, use bots or automated play, submit fake scores, manipulate game requests, or disrupt the service or other players. Scores may be checked, flagged or excluded from leaderboards. A recorded score is not a promise of a permanent ranking.
Names and invitations
Leaderboard and Duel names must not be offensive, abusive, misleading or impersonate someone else. Use a nickname and avoid personal details. Leaderboard names and scores are public. A Duel host name may appear in invitation previews. Share room links only with people you want to invite.
Your data
Our Privacy notice explains gameplay records, browser storage, optional email features and deletion controls. Signing out does not delete your server records.
Service as is
The game is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free play, or permanent saves, scores or rankings. Features, rules and leaderboards may change or become unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The effective date above will identify the version. For questions or to report a problem, contact upto36@etohum.com.
